Anyone know the name of this film?

I can’t remember much about it but there is a young boy and a man (its not pursuit i happiness) and at one point in the film te kid wets the bed and the man puts paper down to cover it and the go to McDonald’s for breakfast but they stopped serving half an hour before they got there and they were going to buy breakfast for a homeless person too that was outside McDonald’s. Ermm…oh yeah and the kid wants to watch a video the same time as the game is on and he throws a fit so in the end they end up watching this really weird video I think it was of a rabbit and the kid starts jumping around the room.
I’m sorry this really wasn’t very clear but if you have any ideas let me know because its driving me crazy!
