Start – I eat breakfast, and go for a jog.
End – I always exercise before bed.

My Molly seems to have a few extra hours on her hands these days, now that the young’uns have moved out, so I was thinking about getting a B/B business started up.
The meat’s usually fresh, and I make a real good tonic out back that I’d throw in for free.
