I tend to get low blood sugar and get really dizzy or get headaches when I run in the morning (and other times). I drink a little juice before I run first thing in the morning. I also try to eat something right before going to bed. Any advice on what to eat and when in order to have energy first thing in the morning? I don’t have time to digest a huge breakfast.
just eating healthy would help with all exercise in general like salads, or fruit smoothies. plenty of lean proteins like fish, chicken, turkey or eggs and whole wheat pasta has the carbs you need to give you energy.
before bed: whole wheat pasta
morning: smoothie
1/2 bananna
strawberries
rasberries
blackberries
ice
orange juice
Blended until smooth.
after your run have a breakfast sandwich
on a toasted whole wheat english muffin put a fried egg, tomato and cheese.

eating before you eat will not help you in the morning in fact it’s bad to eat before going to bed. Purhaps a power shake in the morning 1st thing..
